Returns & Refunds Policy
Important
Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Returns – change of mind
If you purchase an item online, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

- photographs where the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Condition of returned items
You may inspect and handle an item in the same way that you reasonably would in a physical shop.
Returned products should, where possible, include their original packaging, labels and accessories.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of an item caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In those circumstances, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund.
Hygiene products
For certain products supplied in a sealed condition for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may be lost once the seal has been broken after delivery.
This can apply, for example, to certain sealed underwear, personal-care or hygiene products where the item is genuinely unsuitable for return once unsealed.
This exception does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods, or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the applicable date.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method has expressly been agreed with you.
Where you cancel your entire order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the cost of the standard delivery option offered by us. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery charge.
Return shipping costs
For returns made because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided we informed you of this before the purchase was made.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, not as described or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Order cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to stop the shipment.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may still have the statutory right to cancel your online purchase and return the goods in accordance with the cancellation rights described above.
Late or missing refunds
If we have confirmed that a refund has been issued but you have not received it, please first check with your bank, card provider or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
